Esker Wins Supplier of the Year at the British Credit Awards

Esker was awarded the prestigious ‘Supplier of the Year’ award at the British Credit Awards organised by the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM).

It was with great delight that the messages started appearing in my mobile phone inbox and emails on the night of 1st February! We had just received news that Esker UK & Northern Europe had won the prestigious ‘Supplier of the Year’ award at the British Credit Awards organised by Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM).

The British Credit Awards recognises the standout achievements of the most deserving individuals, teams and organisations in the international credit industry. The ‘Supplier of the Year’ award is open to suppliers within the credit management market who are delivering innovative and effective solutions for credit teams in the public or private sector. Esker was invited to explain its solution offering, the benefits it has delivered, as well as how its customers worked collaboratively to maximise those benefits.

Alistair Nicholas, Managing Director at Esker UK & Northern Europe, said, “We are absolutely delighted to win this award. The judges explained that Esker demonstrated ‘really good outcomes from process automation, time saving and also had solutions to positively impact the team members'.
Other points raised by the judges about our nomination included:

Figures to substantiate how it has been time saving for staff and the uptake by customers
Good solution with lots of change and integration of new ideas in the last year reported
Positive impacts on the results of their two clients provided with really good outcomes from a process automation, time saving and also solutions to positively impact the team members.

“The judges’ summarising comments highlight Esker’s goal of positive-sum growth, whereby all employees, customers, suppliers and the planet benefit together from automated credit solutions,” added Alistair.

The awards evening was a great opportunity invite customers and celebrate together. Esker’s table consisted of a group from Novuna Business Cash Flow, one of our valued customers in Collections Management and also Brent Cumming from Let’s Talk Credit, one of our corporate partnerships that run leading credit industry forums and events. Rebecca Sutton, Head of Order-to-Cash at Britvic, another valued customer, also joined the Esker table.
