How to Maximise Efficiency and Cut P2P Costs

During this 2 hour breakfast briefing masterclass, we will hear from two industry experts who will look across all areas of finance exploring where efficiency gains can be made, how to automate business processes further, whilst providing an opportunity to discuss, share knowledge and best practices and experiences with like-minded people.
Nick Dadswell, Director Finance Business Services at Schnider Electric will present and lead a 30 minute discussion on topics such as the rise of analytics and real-time financial data, the new and expanding roles in P2P with a focus on the possibilities of reporting, spend analytics and supply chain management (SCM), ultimately learning how to increase efficiencies within your organisation whilst cutting costs.
The introduction will be followed by a 30 minute round table discussion on "Driving Value & Cost Savings in P2P" looking at what your peers’ P2P departments are executing in order to:
- Cut costs
- Manage spend
- Automate
- Drive value to the rest of the business.
This discussion will provide you with the ideas and techniques to take to your own organisation that have either proved, or are likely to prove, to be the most beneficial.
To conclude the morning’s masterclass we will hear from Alistair Nicolas, Managing Director of Esker Northern Europe, who will deliver a 30 minute presentation and discussion focusing on how Esker’s solutions have driven process improvements and delivered cost savings to AP departments across the globe.
