Carr’s Billington Chooses Esker to Drive Efficiency and Growth in Accounts Payable

Carr’s Billington, a key supplier to the UK’s agricultural sector with over 30 retail locations across Scotland, England, and Wales, processes more than 100,000 invoices annually. With a complex approval structure with multiple managers across different sites, the company recognised the need for a scalable, intelligent solution to replace its heavily manual processes.
After initially exploring options within its existing ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics, Carr’s Billington determined that the level of customisation required would be too resource-intensive. A strong internal recommendation from a finance team member who had previously used Esker, combined with Esker’s recognition as a Leader in the *Gartner® Magic Quadrant™, in our opinion, made the decision clear.
