TT Electronics adds Esker Collections Management to its Order-to-Cash Automation

Derby, UK — May 12, 2022 Esker, a global cloud platform and leader in AI-driven process automation solutions for finance and customer service functions, today announced that TT Electronics, a global provider of engineered electronics for performance-critical applications, have extended their use of Esker’s Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions to include Collections Management.

An Esker customer for over 10 years, TT Electronics migrated from an on-premise solution for Order Management to the web-based Esker On Demand platform in 2019. The success of automating order processing then led TT Electronics to further utilise Esker’s O2C solutions by adding Invoice Delivery for Accounts Receivable (AR) later that year.

Working seamlessly with their multiple ERPs, TT Electronics benefit from using a single platform to manage their cash conversion cycle and are delighted to now add Collections Management to the same unified solution.

Starting with a pilot at their Sheffield branch, TT Electronics intend to extend the use of Collections Management to more than 17 other subsidiaries over the coming months.

Beverly Keech, Credit and Collections Finance Director at TT Electronics said, “I am delighted that my team have embraced the new technology and already many of their daily manual tasks have been eliminated. They are seeing an acceleration in the speed of cash collection and have noted that our customers really appreciate the ability to self-serve and access their copy invoices and statements”.

With the addition of Esker's Collections Management solution, TT Electronics will further progress their digital transformation initiative by eliminating manual collection pains, accelerating payments, and empowering the AR department.
