Esker will demonstrate how — by leveraging artificial intelligence — AP, AR, collections management and sales order processing automation can enhance the customer experience when integrated with existing SAP® solutions. Booth visitors will have access to demo stations to learn more about Esker’s solutions and the AI engine on which they are built.

Steve Smith, U.S. Chief Operating Officer at Esker, will host a speaking session at SAPPHIRE NOW discussing the typical shortcomings of manual order management and how digital transformation can remake the customer as the focal point of an organisation. This discussion will showcase how Esker’s solution — integrated with SAP software — removes costly bottlenecks and low-value order activities to help customer service staff work smarter, not harder. Attendees can join Smith’s session on Wednesday, June 6 at 4:00 p.m. at location Services and Support SE201.

“The tight integration of Esker’s solutions with SAP software interface enables customers to take advantage of automated processes that help improve productivity and reduce manual errors,” said Smith. “SAPPHIRE NOW provides the opportunity to demonstrate how Esker’s automation solutions integrate with SAP software to lower costs, increase visibility and improve customer experience.”

Additionally, Norman Lyon, Director of Global Client Services at LifeNet Health Services, an Esker client, will host a speaking session on the benefits of order management automation. This discussion will cover how leveraging an SAP-certified solution led to streamlined available-to-promise (ATP) and consignment order processing, as well as faster and more accurate handling of potentially life-saving orders. Lyon will also discuss how a convenient self-service portal can result in lean growth and happier customers and staff members. Attendees can join Lyon’s session on Tuesday, June 5 at 2:00 p.m. at location S330F.

SAPPHIRE NOW and ASUG Annual Conference are the world’s premier business technology event and largest SAP customer-run conference, offering attendees the opportunity to learn and network with customers, SAP executives, partners, and experts across the entire SAP ecosystem.
