Improve efficiency and increase profitability
The business benefits of automated archiving include:
- Making documents instantly available for searching and retrieval for improved customer service
- Eliminating the cost of physically storing and maintaining paper documents
- Automatically capturing, indexing, and storing documents while they are processed for delivery
- Complying with government or industry archival regulations
Flexible archiving options
Esker DeliveryWare Archive allows companies to store, query, retrieve and track all documents sent from enterprise applications, regardless of the delivery method. Users can then view the archived data and documents. The archived data is securely stored in the Esker DeliveryWare server for immediate retrieval or offloaded to an external storage for queries.
Esker DeliveryWare offers two archiving capabilities: messaging archiving and document archiving.
Message archiving
Message archiving to save messages of all types processed by Esker DeliveryWare in an archive file. For example, organizations can archive outbound faxes or email messages after they have been sent, therefore avoiding an increase in database size but still having the capability to restore messages for resubmission or verification purposes.
Document archiving
Document archiving to index and archive specific critical business documents such as invoices, purchase orders, order/ship confirmations, or RFQs, using the Archive Connector. Companies use Archive Connector for automatically capturing, indexing, and storing exact documents as archives.
