The supervisory board guides Esker's overall strategy, business model, and priorities. The supervisory board also represents the company to analysts, press, partners, shareholders, and other investors.
Marie-Claude Bernal
President of the Supervisory Board
Marie-Claude Bernal graduated from the HECJF School of Management in 1967, and later received her MBA from the University of Chicago in 1971. She then joined the Banque de Neuflize, where she became one of the first women in France to manage a mutual fund. In 1977, she joined Wellington Management in Boston, one of America's oldest and largest independent investment management firms with over $550 billion of managed assets, where she helped initiate and grow the international investment department, becoming a partner in 1994.
Kléber Beauvillain

Kléber Beauvillain serves on several public companies' boards such as Ares and Alpha Mos, both listed on the French stock market. Kléber is also co-founder of the French venture fund Lafayette.

Tom Wolfe is the founder of Persoft, which was acquired by Esker in 1999.
